My vote definitely goes to Kid Buu. He's the only badguy to have just blown up a whole planet without a second hesitation. Badass.

Vegeta was that way because...well come on you'd be that way if you were basically raised and brainwashed by Frieza since you were like 7, had your whole race distroyed, had no friends and family, ect. Cell was simply doing what he was told, Dr. Gero made him that way. All that Cell had done was built into him and his brain by the Dr, besides, he had Frieza's blood. All the Buus were basically created from evil, they're demons (hence the name "Majin") they're soppose to be evil. Similair to Cell, Buu was created by Bibidi to do nothing but distroy, create suffering, and take orders from him. Frieza had no excuse for all the things that he did. He was just an evil biznich just cuz he could be, he had NO REASON at all. sniffle Remember all the whittle babies that shared the nursery with Brolly and Kakarot, Frieza blasted them all away with no remorse cries...Ok, that's alittle much, i'll shut up now.

Google Chrome and Firefox	My vote went for Frieza because he was ruthless. No one was safe from his wrath. Neither Dodoria nor Zarbon were guaranteed life. He would kill with no hesitation or remorse. Even when Frieza was chopped in half by his own attack, he attempted to use the energy he was given to kill Goku. The main reason I didn't vote for Kid Buu is because after he dies he is reincarnated into Uub. As we all know, Uub is a good guy. I think that aspect makes him lose his evilness. No matter what was done to Frieza, he had no heart.
